Dual reporting to the Office Manager and the US-based IT Operations Manager, the IT & Facilities Coordinator supports technology infrastructure and facilities operations at the Mondsee office. This role ensures that office systems, equipment, and workspaces operate efficiently, securely, and safely while providing responsive technical and operational support to staff.
The position plays a key role in maintaining a productive workplace by managing IT systems, supporting employees with technical needs, and coordinating facilities operations to ensure smooth day-to-day office functionality., * Reflect and role model BOA's vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Facilities team and rest of the organization
- Ensure the office remains in proper working conditions and all office equipment is working as intended, including reporting any malfunctions to the proper contacts and arrange for repairs or schedule maintenance as needed
- Coordinate with the Office Manager for any additional assistance to external contractors
- Set up, secure and support Windows and Mac systems in BOA's corporate environment
- Manage user access across core business systems to keep permissions accurate and secure
- Respond to service requests through online ticketing system and resolve in a timely manner
- Support new hires with equipment setup, workstation configuration and basic IT onboarding
- Support printers, scanners and other networked devices
- Coordinate with the Office Manager and IT Operations Manager on office IT needs and purchases
- Maintain conference rooms to ensure that meetings (on- & offline) can take place smoothly and that the rooms are properly equipped and organized.
- Collaborate and effectively utilize internal and external resources as needed to maintain BOA Facilities operations and upkeep
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience, including:
- Working within corporate networks and environments
- Troubleshooting Mac and PC hardware, software, and peripherals
- Familiarity with Windows and MacOS
- Hands-on technical experience
- Detail and quality oriented
- Motivated and open to learning new skills
- High level of ownership
- Team oriented, flexible, and open minded
- Fluent in English, German is a plus

Competitive compensation package, For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement, which is 2156.- EUR gross per month. However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary, depending on your experience and skills., Full Time (Permanent employment)
