Associate Specialist, Data and Analytics

We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist to join a centralised Data and Analytics Solutions Hub within a busy Grant Management Division. You will work closely with a senior team member, providing hands-on analytical support - from data extraction and preparation through to the delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions that inform decision-making at the highest levels., * Extracting, cleaning, manipulating, and analysing large datasets

• Developing and maintaining BI tools and dashboards using Tableau and Microsoft Azure

• Delivering analytics and AI solutions to enhance grant and programme performance

• Supporting KPI reporting, results monitoring, and strategic analyses

• Proven experience in data extraction, manipulation, preparation, and analysis
• Proficiency in R and/or Python; solid SQL skills and data warehouse experience
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Microsoft Azure
• Advanced knowledge of AI tools and practical experience in AI-driven or digital transformation projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
• Degree in Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, IT, Public Health, or related field
• Fluency in English required; French or Spanish an asset
