Team As a Research Intern, you'll become part of our Marketing Advisory team within the Marketing capability. A team of strategists, thinkers and problem-solvers who help clients rethink and improve their marketing and customer experience capabilities.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants, get exposure to real client challenges, and contribute to projects that shape the future of marketing. At the same time, your thesis remains your main priority and we'll actively support you throughout the journey.
Daily Tasks On a daily basis,depending on available projects the following can be expected:

Write your thesis,with support from experienced consultants in our team

Research trends in digital marketing, customer experience and personalization

[optional] Support maturity assessments and benchmarking analyses for clients

[optional] Assist in developing insights that contribute to transformation strategies and roadmaps

[optional] Help structure and analyze data to support decision-making
-
[optional] Contribute to presentations, reports, and client deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, data, technology) to explore innovative solutions

Present your findings to internal stakeholders and the broader team

[optional] Gain hands-on experience as a consultant within Accenture Song

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a technical field with business interest)

Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision making

Curious about digital marketing, customer experience, and technology
-
Comfortable working with data, research methods, and structured problem solving

Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present ideas

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in English and Dutch (C1)
