Junior Cloud Engineer

In this entry-level role, you will build, run, and evolve the cloud hosting environments for our applications delivered as a full SaaS to our customers. We focus on critical operations and projects, utilizing AWS and Azure infrastructure. Our mission is to automate as much as possible within our cloud operations, allowing you to collaborate closely with Application Developers and the Customer Success organization., As a Junior Cloud Engineer, you will work alongside a team of engineers on complex systems and critical platforms for our clients. You'll learn from experienced colleagues who understand business contexts and requirements, and design innovative systems. Your role will involve supporting the Cloud Operations team, contributing to automation efforts, and helping maintain secure, up-to-date, and available platforms.

The position is tailored for recent Computer Science graduates who are passionate about cloud technologies. We welcome candidates who may have exposure to or willingness to learn about the following tools and practices:

• Basic understanding of Azure or AWS environments, including both Windows and Linux servers.
• Eagerness to learn automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, Kubernetes, PowerShell, Bash, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to program in Java, C# and/or Python.
• Curiosity to learn how to build CI/CD pipelines, YAML, and work with monitoring tools like Splunk.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Assertive working attitude, strong communicator and not afraid to mistakes
