Job description

Work set up: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Network Engineer (DNS, Forescout, NAC) to support the design, implementation, and operation of secure enterprise network services. This role focuses on DNS platform management and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, contributing to Zero Trust initiatives, device visibility, and overall network security and resilience. What you will do:

  • Design and implement enterprise DNS services.
  • Administer DNS platforms including zones, records, automation, and resiliency.
  • Implement and support Network Access Control solutions using Forescout.
  • Design and enforce NAC policies across wired and wireless networks.
  • Integrate NAC solutions with Active Directory, MDM, PKI, and security tooling.
  • Troubleshoot DNS and NAC-related incidents and performance issues.
  • Support Zero Trust initiatives and enhance device visibility across the network.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for network services.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure aligned delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in network engineering with a focus on DNS and NAC solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Forescout NAC or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS architecture, security, and high availability design.
  • Experience with 802.1X authentication, certificates, and RADIUS protocols.
  • Understanding of network security principles including Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud networking and hybrid DNS environments.
  • Experience integrating network solutions with enterprise identity and security platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or Security+ are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams., Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.
