Job description
Under the supervision of the IT Director, provide end user support on a variety of issues and systems by effectively answering, logging, troubleshooting, resolving, providing advice to telephone inquiries, and in-person interaction; Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems, and may participate in technical projects., * Provide technical computer and software application support for all staff.
- Assist in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures.
- Support conversions and promotions to company applications.
- Manage helpdesk tickets for all IT requests.
- Prepare oral and written communications as well as analyses on helpdesk tickets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes.
- Participate in scheduled meetings to discuss progress and issues to be resolved.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Computer Science required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of computer/IT experience.
- Knowledge of information systems, including proficiency with clinical applications and managed care applications: Windows 11, MS Office Suites, IE 11.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Very strong customer service orientation.
Benefits & conditions
- $26 - $32 per hour based on skills and experience.
- Perdiem Schedule (as needed): 7 to 15 hours per week.
