Web Designer

You'll work directly with our growing team of web designers, collaborate with graphic designers, and communicate with our operations team to ensure project specs are met on time. • Use HTML and CSS to refine layouts, troubleshoot issues, and improve site functionality
• Create web pages based on design flats
• Update website content, images, forms, links, graphics, and page layouts as needed
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to support digital campaigns and advisor websites
• Prepare and optimize images and design assets for web use using Adobe Creative Suite
• Review pages for accuracy, responsiveness, formatting, spacing, alignment, and user experience
• Maintain consistency across digital properties and branded web projects
• Manage multiple web projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Identify and fix small web issues before they become big annoying gremlins

Do you have experience in Web development?, * 1-3 years of web design experience

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience working with WordPress
• Experience building and editing pages with Elementor
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong visual design sense, including layout, spacing, hierarchy, and usability
• Comfortable troubleshooting basic website issues
• Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and keep projects moving
