Job description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions; build and maintain Service Catalogs, Catalog categories, and Record Producers; configure notifications and inbound email actions; create and customize frontend forms, associated scripts, and UI policies; develop and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Security Access Controls, Glide Ajax, and Glide Record; create Knowledge Articles to document catalog item creation steps; design and maintain workflows for Incident Management, Change Management, Service Requests, and SLA tracking; perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow tool, maintaining business services and configuration item relationships; develop Workflow activities and approvals; implement new workflows with complex activity logic; create database views for reporting on variables used by catalog items. In addition to technical responsibilities, apply MBA-level competencies in strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational leadership to ensure IT services align with business objectives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities; contribute to project management planning, budget analysis, and resource allocation for ServiceNow initiatives; and prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Minimum Education requirement: Master's degree in Business Administration (or foreign equivalent) required in addition to the minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or foreign equivalent); proficiency in IT service lifecycle management, incident/problem/change management, and SLA administration; skilled in ServiceNow platform configuration, workflow automation, data management, and reporting; ability to align IT services with business objectives; MBA-level competencies in strategic planning, project management, business process optimization, and financial analysis. Position based at company headquarters with occasional domestic travel as needed; may require relocation to various unanticipated client sites within the United States. and 24 months of experience as SERVICENOW DEVELOPER or SERVICENOW LEAD or SERVICENOW SPECIALIST or SOFTWARE DEVELOPER or Process Associate Special Skills, Other Special Skills or Requirements ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
