Job description
The Product Owner, Delivery & Execution serves as a key operational leader within the Product team, responsible for ensuring that product initiatives move from concept to completion with clarity, speed, and consistency. This role acts as the "air traffic controller" for product delivery-managing workflows, coordinating releases, and ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Growth teams. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager, this individual brings structure and visibility to sprint execution, ensures high-quality delivery, and enables Product Managers to focus on strategy and discovery. - Manage and maintain Jira boards across multiple squads
- Ensure tickets are clearly written, scoped, and ready for development
- Enforce consistent workflows and definitions of "ready" and "done"
- Track sprint progress and proactively identify risks or blockers
Release Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate product and feature launches across mobile, web, and CTV platforms
- Align dependencies across engineering, QA, content, and marketing teams
- Track release readiness and communicate status to stakeholders
- Manage release schedules, freezes, and deployment timing
Bug Triage & Quality Management
- Own the bug tracking and triage process in Jira
- Partner with engineering to prioritize issues based on impact
- Ensure bugs are tracked through resolution and closure
- Maintain visibility into product quality and recurring issues
Scrum Execution & Agile Practices
- Support and help run sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives)
- Ensure sprint commitments are realistic and clearly understood
- Reinforce strong Agile and Scrum practices across teams
- Surface risks early and help teams adjust proactively
Product Team Enablement
- Partner closely with Product Managers to translate strategy into execution
- Help break down features into clear, actionable work items
- Ensure alignment between roadmap priorities and sprint execution
- Act as a force multiplier for the broader product team

Requirements
- Strong experience managing work in Jira (boards, workflows, reporting)
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- Experience coordinating cross-functional product delivery
- Familiarity with release management across multiple platforms
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams on technical execution, * Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- Scrum Master certification required
- 3-5+ years of experience in product, program, or delivery management roles
- Experience working on technical product teams using Agile/Scrum
- Experience supporting mobile, web, or CTV platforms preferred
- Experience in fast-paced or startup-like environments preferred
- Experience in non-profit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizations a plus

- Working Conditions: Office setting with a forty-hour (+) workweek. This position preferably works out of our Colorado Springs headquarters - remote consideration.
- Physical Demands: Frequent sitting and use of standard office equipment. Ability to lift approximately 15-20 pounds. Ability to hear phone calls and clearly communicate verbally. Strong visual acuity to review complex interfaces, architecture diagrams, and code. Manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, mouse, and related tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under varying deadlines. Capacity to participate in video conferences and virtual collaboration sessions. Excellent concentration, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication abilities.
