Systems Engineer

The Microsoft Teams Room / AV Engineer will provide technical expertise in the support, setup, and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms and audiovisual (AV) technologies within a corporate office environment. This role operates in a fast-paced setting, supporting collaboration tools used by employees and executive leadership, and ensuring reliable, high-quality meeting experiences., * Configure, install, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and AV equipment (cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems)

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV and collaboration technologies
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality and uptime
• Assist with conference room deployments, upgrades, and maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support AV initiatives
• Provide support for high-priority meetings and executive-level events

Systems Engineering Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of systems infrastructure (hardware and software)
• Support system performance monitoring and ongoing maintenance
• Follow established standards, practices, and procedures within the field

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologies preferred
• Familiarity with systems engineering concepts and IT infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and manage multiple tasks
