Lead the technical design and architecture for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, translating requirements into scalable, secure solutions aligned with Workday leading practices

Serve as the Data Conversion and Integrations (INTs) Area Lead, owning strategy, planning, and execution from pre-implementation readiness through deployment/cutover

Drive pre-implementation technical readiness activities and deliverables (e.g., technical discovery, integration/conversion inventories, environment and release planning, technical risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies)

Oversee integration design and delivery (e.g., APIs, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), connectors, file-based), including technical design artifacts, build guidance, and test/defect triage support

Oversee data conversion planning and execution, including mapping, mock conversions, validation/reconciliation, and cutover coordination

Provide Workday technical expertise by demonstrating product capabilities, advising on feasibility/tradeoffs, and assisting the client with required pre-implementation work products
Requirements
Required:
-
5+ years of professional experience with Workday HCM
-
2+ years leading the pre-implementation phase of Workday HCM programs to include mobilization, discovery, requirements/design workshops, solution/technical approach, integration scoping, and readiness planning for data conversion, security, and tenant/environment setup

1+ years of experience with business process design and re-design

Active Top Secret security clearance

Actively Workday HCM, Data Conversions, and Integration Services certified

Bachelor's degree

Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000 to $198,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
