This role will own the design, build, and lifecycle management of automed deployment and infrastructure workflows across cloud and hybrid environments, with limited but relevant exposure to Juniper Session Smart Router (SSR) and SD-WAN integrions where needed.

  • Design, implement, and maintain reusable infrastructure as code modules using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and reled tooling for cloud and hybrid plforms.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins to support applicion, plform, and infrastructure delivery.
  • Develop automed provisioning, configurion management, validion, and drift remediion workflows for compute, networking, and shared plform services.
  • Standardize golden pterns for infrastructure deployment, policy as code, secrets handling, and environment promotion across development, test, and production.
  • Implement automed testing for infrastructure changes, including unit, integrion, pre-deployment, and post-deployment validion checks.
  • Integre logs, metrics, and telemetry into centralized observability plforms to improve performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive incident detection.
  • Partner with Cloud, Network, Security, and SRE teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure plform capabilities across multi-region environments.
  • Develop self-service automion and internal tooling in Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell to reduce manual operional effort and improve deployment consistency.
  • Support secure connectivity and network service integrions, including limited work with SSR-based environments where infrastructure automion intersects with SD-WAN operions.
  • Participe in operional support, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for infrastructure and delivery pipelines.

Requirements

  • Clearance Required: Active Secret with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
  • 9+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer in production environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting or software development using Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Solid understanding of Linux systems administrion, container plforms, and Kubernetes-based environments.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability plforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, Dadog, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, VPN, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity pterns.
  • Experience designing and opering CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applicion delivery using modern DevOps tooling.
  • Strong experience with one or more cloud plforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including networking, identity, security, and prive connectivity services.
  • Strong experience with infrastructure as code and configurion management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kustomize.
  • Exposure to Juniper SSR or SD-WAN environments, especially where automion or orchestrion is required.
  • Familiarity with policy as code, secrets management, certifice management, and zero-trust security practices.
  • Experience with plform engineering concepts such as reusable modules, developer self-service, internal plforms, and standardized landing zones.
  • Relevant certificions in Terraform, Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or reled technologies are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the following:
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kustomize
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins
  • Cloud Plforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Languages: Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell
  • Plforms: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
