Job description

The Manager will play a critical role in the Office of the CTO, supporting EY's AI and technology agenda by translating strategy into execution. This role sits at the intersection of AI, technology, engineering, and operating model transformation, helping ensure AI is embedded in how EY builds, delivers, and scales technology - internally and with clients.

The role partners closely with CTO leadership, AI & Data teams, sector and service line leaders, and enablement functions to drive firmwide initiatives, including AI Value Blueprints, AI-native PDLC, AI tools provisioning, Knowledge as Infrastructure, and ecosystem enablement. The Manager is expected to bring structure, momentum, and delivery discipline to highly strategic and complex priorities

Your key responsibilities

  • Support CTO-led AI and technology strategy execution across priority initiatives
  • Translate strategic pillars into clear roadmaps, workplans, and execution milestones
  • Drive enablement of AI Value Blueprints, including process standardization, sectorization, and reuse
  • Support adoption of AI-native SDLC/PDLC in partnership with engineering teams
  • Manage activities related to AI tools provisioning, usage governance, and enablement
  • Support oversight of the Architecture Review Board process and governance
  • Contribute to Knowledge as Infrastructure efforts, helping operationalize how the firm captures, reuses, delivers, and monetizes intelligence
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination across OCTO, CTO, USLI business lines, sectors, and competencies to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Develop executive-ready materials, narratives, and updates for leadership forums
  • Track progress, risks, and value realization across AI and technology initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution in complex, matrixed environments
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling

To qualify, you must have

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation or AI programs
  • Familiarity with AI delivery models and modern engineering practices

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Consulting experience or equivalent experience within large, complex organizations
