Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional IT support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of various operating systems, software troubleshooting, and computer networking., * Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems including Android.
  • Manage hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on systems and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all support interactions clearly for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer management principles and support practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software issues across various platforms.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred or currently enrolled at University
  • Experience in the golf industry is a plus
