IT Administrator

We are seeking a hands-on IT Administrator responsible for both daily IT operations and long-term strategy. This role oversees the full lifecycle of IT systems-including infrastructure, Microsoft 365, devices, networking, security, vendors, and budgeting-ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology that supports business operations and growth. The ideal candidate balances user support and maintenance with planning, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Respsponsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure: servers, networks (firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi), and cloud systems
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, devices, and business applications
• Provide user support, onboarding/offboarding, and remote team assistance (on-call as needed)
• Maintain cybersecurity: endpoint protection, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery
• Monitor systems for performance, uptime, and reliability
• Manage vendors, licensing, and IT costs
• Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and standard processes
• Lead projects, system upgrades, and (IT strategy/roadmap)

• 3-7+ years of IT Administrator experience
• Strong networking, Windows server, and Microsoft 365 expertise
• Solid troubleshooting, security, and communication skills
