HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Installs, configures, and maintains operating systems and related software applications for optimal performance.
- Supports 24/7/365 JDOC operations.
- Manages and monitors server infrastructure to ensure availability and scalability.
- Implement security measures to protect system integrity and data privacy.
- Supports DoDIN operations and DCO-IDM activities.
- Safeguards cyber threat information exchange with PNs.
- Conducts regular system audits.
- Prepares documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Ensure secure information systems operations.
- Maintains reliable data transmission and network communication.
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and network connectivity issues effectively.
- Ensures seamless JDOC and ESD integration.
- Ensures data backup and recovery operations are executed reliably.
- Supports continuous operation and disaster recovery.
- Manages user accounts and access rights.
- Safeguards information systems.
- Provides technical support and guidance for end-users and IT staff.
- Facilitates secure access and communication within the JDOC., * Be instrumental in providing support to the DoD mission while increasing mission capabilities to state-side and overseas military personnel and units.

Requirements
- Up to 6 years systems administration experience
- Experience with Department of Defense Risk Management Framework is desired.
- Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification
- Familiarity with DoD security standards, ATO processes, and compliance.
- DoD Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (eligible) clearance is required.
- CE/Operating System (OS) certificate such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/801), or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100/101)

This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position and is not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, contract requirements, and business needs.
