SAP Program Manager

• Customer is currently performing a greenfield implementation of S/4HANA Private Cloud on RISE, moving from our current SAP version ECC 6.0. The project will have a technical launch in Q4 2025, followed by a data migration, with a business launch of 1/1/2026. The scope of the implementation is largely finance modules (no MM, inventory, manufacturing, etc.), with Datasphere and SAC planned for reporting. Group reporting, SAP MDG, and Blackline SmartClose are also planned for implementation.

Key roles & responsibilities

• Track and ensure progress for led workstreams: reporting, integration, boundary application integration with S/4 (50 applications), MDG, and billing
• Capture and manage action items, risks, dependencies, and issues
• Effectively coordinate and communicate between functional and technical teams
• Produce status reports and metrics weekly (both PPT and burndown charts) to functional / technical teams as well as project leadership and executives

• Senior project manager, experience leading several large SAP transformation projects
• Basic understanding of core financial processes in SAP (P2P, R2R, assets, master data)
• Must-have: PowerPoint, Excel; nice-to-have: JIRA
