Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to guest inquiries via chat platforms.

Assist guests with booking processes, service information, and resolving concerns efficiently.

Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and uphold the resort's brand values through digital communication.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly to guest questions and requests through virtual chat channels.

Guide guests through reservation procedures, cancellations, and modifications.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest issues and escalate when necessary.

Document interactions accurately and maintain records for quality assurance.

Requirements
