Requirements

  • Knowledge on Win 10 and Win 11
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
  • Networking basics (required)
  • PC break/fix skills
  • Availability to work OT with short notice.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Familiar with all MS Office suite products.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
