Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist - Support to assist with client onboarding, data management, and administrative coordination. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth implementation processes, accurate data handling, and effective communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality., * Review, correct, and maintain Excel-based membership files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support client onboarding through portal setup and distribution of client communications (e.g., transition letters)
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, including brokers, consultants, and accounts
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and on-site visits
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel as needed
- Handle routine and complex correspondence, including responding to inquiries and routing requests appropriately
- Prepare reports (routine and ad hoc) to support business decisions, including status and renewal reporting
- Conduct research and present findings clearly, including recommendations where appropriate
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation while ensuring data confidentiality
- Review outgoing communications for accuracy, consistency, and proper authorization
- Assist with event planning, including industry conferences and internal meetings
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
- Serve as backup support for administrative team members when needed
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in decision-making
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in administrative support, client services, or project coordination preferred
