Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Project Manager for a three-month contract engagement. This role is focused on supporting the migration of multiple tools, integrations, and processes between Google Cloud Platform (GCP) instances.

The primary need is for a hands-on architect with deep domain expertise in payroll and finance systems - someone who understands the data structures, integration patterns, and operational dependencies involved in these environments and can guide the migration safely and effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the architecture and planning for migrating payroll and finance tools between GCP instances
  • Coordinate across teams to manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones
  • Assess current-state integrations and define target-state architecture for each tool or process being migrated
  • Identify risks, data integrity concerns, and integration gaps ahead of cutover
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders throughout the engagement, Familiarity with any of the following is a strong plus:
  • GTT, PTO, and Schedules integrations
  • Kraken, Atlas, Aze
  • Finance Reporting: Client Reporting & Integrated Model
  • Workday Evolution Integration
  • Payroll Suite, Payslip, Taxletter
  • Verint Data Lake

Requirements

Candidates should have a background in data engineering or data architecture, with direct experience in payroll and/or finance system migrations. GCP experience is essential. Strong candidates will bring both technical depth and the project management skills to keep a complex, time-bound migration on track.
