  • You will assess customer concerns, starting with small ones and working up in complexity, and craft creative solutions to the problem.
  • You will use AI tools (through coaching) like ClaudeCode in VSCode to rapidly prototype features and fix issues. You will closely monitor any code written by an AI but use it as a crutch to 5x your productivity.

  • Lead capture and lead routing settings funneling leads into a powerful custom CRM.
  • Extensive local property listing search capabilities, and communications tools for brokers, agents, and staff.

  • Features a modular page builder, and integrated dashboards for Agents and Staff members.
  • Responds to our ReactJS front-end servers AJAX calls, providing handlers that fetch data from the database or other servers.
  • Built in a custom PHP page framework using a self-made library, but open to migrate to Laravel or other PHP framework soon for better scalability.
  • Python Listing Sync Server- Our python servers run every 5 minutes, gathering and organizing 5 minutes worth of data updates to about 100 regional databases. These servers download "the market" of real estate in most of the United States and store them in our database.

Requirements

  • ReactJS, PHP, MySQL, Python (Required)
  • Claude Code (Required) - use of AI paired programming to submit tasks with higher velocity is what we are all about here at CloseHack!
  • Experience with Laravel or other PHP production frameworks is a plus.
  • Front-end skills are a plus, designing UI for CRM dashboard a bonus
  • Testing - Experience building unit tests for PHP or Python or through a UI is a plus, and if you have built out any documentation for code systems., * You like to be coached and mentored just to the point where you can solve problems independently, with extreme attention to detail and knowledge of the impact of your work.

About the company

Denver, CO, USA Area Only - Starting part-time 28 hours per week meeting with CTO Teddy directly at WeWork, hours scaling up with pay and potential of remote work offered over time. Who is CloseHack? We offer powerful real estate websites in almost every major metropolitan area in the United States. We have grown by 20-50% year-over-year for the last 10 years, and we are poised to dominate the Real Estate web development space over the next few years. Originating in Dallas, Texas in 2016, two young entrepreneurs built this company from scratch while renting out their bedrooms and sleeping on the couch. Fast forward to now, we have brought in several million dollars in revenue with no seed funding. Every month we launch 30+ websites for new customers. We currently host 500+ real estate websites for 3,000+ real estate agents. Example website: https://www.dianahomesonline.com/ About the CTO You will be working closely with, and being mentored (not micromanaged) by the cofounder and CTO Teddy. He is a full-stack engineering wiz who has built two multi-million dollar software platforms with no development assistance. He is an Eagle Scout, has won awards from MIT and the State of Oklahoma, and his work has been published in the Computer Science publication SIGCSE. He is passionate about elegant infrastructure, efficient computing, and deliverable results to customers. A true problem solver at heart, but he will spend many hours deciding what to name a variable.
