Power BI Developer / Data Analyst

o Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports o Translate business requirements into KPIs and visualizations o Support reporting for manufacturing, inventory, cost, and operations o Ensure reports are scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing o Manage scope, risks, and change requests o Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, This is a direct hire opportunity. o Bachelor's in IS, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience) o 3+ years building Power BI solutions in enterprise environments o Strong Power BI experience (datasets, dashboards, deployment) o Strong data modeling (star schema, relationships, performance tuning) o Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) skills o Experience working with ERP data (inventory, production, sales, costing) o Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions o Strong communication and attention to detail Plus: o Experience with D365 F&O data and reporting o Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse) o Power BI Service admin and deployment pipelines experience o Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices o Experience with manufacturing analytics (throughput, WIP, scrap, yield, capacity)
