Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with major POS software/hardware (e.g., NCR, GK, iStore).
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and Strong knowledge of network setups.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar management software.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Manages the lab's day-to-day operations, including equipment maintenance
- Proven experience with MDT, OSD and Ghost imaging
- Strong knowledge of ActionScript 2.0/3.0 for interactive application development.
- Familiarity with IT system deployments, cloning, and disaster recovery processes.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and related configurations.
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., BigFix, Intune, SCCM, JAMF or Workspace )
- Knowledge with Bigfix is a plus
