Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Driver's License Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screen Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of telecommunications/utility construction project management experience Minimum 3+ years of experience supervising field crews or subcontractors Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and construction tracking software/tools Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and vendors Ability to perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and make sound decisions in the field

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunications construction projects from initiation to close-out. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards while ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements. In this role, you will oversee project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractor performance, and client communication. You'll also provide leadership to field teams, resolve problems, manage resources, track milestones, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
