Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with telecom domain experience to design and lead the development of scalable, high-performance OSS/BSS and enterprise applications. This role will drive architecture strategy, modernization, and integration across telecom systems while ensuring alignment with business and operational goals., * Design and lead architecture for Java-based telecom applications (OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing, order management)

  • Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices
  • Lead modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to microservices and cloud-native platforms
  • Develop High-Level and Low-Level Design documents (HLD/LLD)
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, availability, and security
  • Drive API strategy and integration across telecom platforms (REST, TMF Open APIs, event-driven architecture)
  • Integrate with network and inventory systems, service orchestration, and third-party vendor platforms
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and operations teams to deliver telecom solutions
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Support production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Stay current with telecom trends, standards, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application architecture
  • Telecom domain experience (OSS/BSS, order management, billing, provisioning, network inventory)
  • Experience with TMF Open APIs and telecom integration patterns
  • Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Hands-on experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
