Job description
- Lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access
- Define standards and guide implementation of IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO capabilities
- Evaluate and support the implementation of IAM tools and platforms
- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate IAM across systems and applications
- Ensure solutions align with cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and enterprise architecture
- Identify opportunities to improve security, efficiency, and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or IT architecture
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with PAM and/or IGA tools (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Entra ID)
- Background in Active Directory and enterprise authentication technologies
- Preferred certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
