Job description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and propose solutions
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
  • Develop efficient, scalable, and secure code
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and SOX standards
  • Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD and deployment processes
  • Contribute to best practices in software development and architecture

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PHP development (Laravel preferred)
  • Strong experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue.js)
  • Experience with APIs and microservices (REST/GraphQL)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge of Python and Unix shell scripting
  • Experience with Git and Agile/SDLC methodologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Docker, Ansible, and DevOps tools
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and responsive design
  • Experience working with finance/accounting systems (SAP is a plus)
