Job description
The Full Stack Developer will work directly with leadership, operations, and clinical stakeholders to design and build practical technology solutions for a growing healthcare company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly capable technically, but also enjoys solving real business problems, improving workflows, and building tools that make a direct impact., * Build, maintain, and improve web applications using Python and modern front-end technologies.
- Develop clean, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Create back-end systems, APIs, automations, and database-driven applications.
- Work with internal teams to understand operational needs and translate them into software solutions.
- Integrate third-party systems, APIs, healthcare tools, communication platforms, payment systems, and internal business applications.
- Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and system errors.
- Maintain secure, well-documented, and scalable code.
- Help improve internal workflows through automation and custom software tools.
- Support ongoing development of patient/member-facing technology.
- Collaborate with leadership on product priorities, technical architecture, and implementation timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building full stack web applications.
- Experience with at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
- Comfortable with Git/version control.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical team members.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React, Vue, or another modern JavaScript framework.
- Experience with cloud deployment, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar.
- Experience with healthcare technology, HIPAA-sensitive environments, EMRs, patient portals, or clinical workflows.
- Experience with mobile app backends or patient-facing applications.
- Experience with automation, dashboards, reporting tools, or internal business applications.
- Experience integrating APIs from platforms such as payment processors, CRM systems, EHRs, communication tools, scheduling platforms, or membership systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Compensation
$105,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience. Path for equity compensation.
Senior-level candidates with strong architecture, cloud, healthcare, or product leadership experience may be considered at a higher compensation level.
