- Build and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
- Develop AI-powered automation tools to streamline workflows across operations, customer experience, and internal processes
- Leverage modern LLM ecosystems, including Claude-based and code-first AI frameworks, to build intelligent agents and workflows
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines into production-ready services
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI solutions
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production environments
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, especially in agent frameworks, Claude/OpenAI ecosystems, and automation tooling (e.g., n8n)
- Implement guardrails, validation layers, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks to mitigate hallucination, prompt injection, and data security risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to architectural standards, technical best practices, and innovation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs, including prompt design and orchestration
- Experience with code-based AI frameworks (e.g., Claude tool use / function calling, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Experience building or orchestrating workflows using n8n (or similar tools like Zapier, Temporal, Airflow)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time systems
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React for building lightweight interfaces
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.)
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and building microservices
- Ability to move quickly from concept prototype production
- Active GitHub contributions or demonstrated passion for emerging technologies in AI and data systems.
