Principal Software Engineer (W2 Only)

Role OverviewYou will be part of the IT team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that provide measurable business value. This is a senior technical leadership role where you will define architecture, set engineering standards, guide development teams, and contribute to complex enterprise-level solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, distributed software solutions
• Lead technical architecture and define coding and design standards
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into solutions
• Provide technical leadership to development teams across multiple projects
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and DevOps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders
• Evaluate and adopt modern tools and technologies to improve delivery efficiency

• 10+ years (Bachelor's) or 8+ years (Master's) of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Java, Python, Kotlin, or .NET technologies
• Hands-on experience with Solr and AWS or Microsoft Azure (3-4+ years required)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm (3-4+ years required)
• Strong knowledge of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience with version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Experience in designing scalable web applications and N-tier architecture

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Front-end frameworks: Angular, React, Ember, Bootstrap
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Exposure to MuleSoft integration
• Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, or J2EE technologies
• Salesforce APEX development
• Pix4D or Matic experience (plus), * Java: 10 years (Preferred)
• Python: 5 years (Preferred)
• AWS: 8 years (Preferred)
