Job description
The Audio Enhancement Systems Configurator is responsible for handling and configuring full Paging/SAFE systems, configuring device settings and network information, review systems for accuracy, testing configured systems for functionality, and creating documents for internal and external customers. This position uses gathered information and documents as well as existing SOPs to configure all network capable devices, including customer facing headend equipment as well as classroom systems, to deliver world class programming to the AE customers. The Systems Configurator will work with their team as well as internal departments to ensure the product is configured correctly and meets all quality expectations in an efficient and professional manner.
Duties Include:
- Configuring proprietary equipment and devices.
- Making adjustments via graphic user interface (GUI).
- Logging time spent into system.
- Reviewing network information for accuracy.
- Testing configured systems for functionality.
- Reporting product issues to management.
Requirements
- Detail oriented.
- Basic understanding of networking preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Experience with Monday.com preferred.
- Able to learn on the job.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
