Data Analyst

The Data Analyst assist Enterprise Applications team with the monitoring, support, and maintenance of multiple databases., The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work in collaboration with enterprise applications staff, management, and external clients to monitor, support, and maintain quality in data within multiple databases.
• Upload, download, import, and export large data files.
• Analyze and identify simple and complex problems with software and/or client data.
• Interacting with large databases and SFTP sites.
• Maintain complete documentation on all processes and procedures

• Minimum of one years' experience with importing and processing data at a high level

• At least 3 years of database programming experience preferred

• FileMaker experience preferred

• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills

• Comfortable with Windows 10/11

• Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point; ability to operate basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine, printer, scanner, and computer; proficient with internet research

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it

• Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
