Job description
The Salesforce Engineer & Developer will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering operational technology projects on time and within budget. This role plays a key part in aligning technical solutions with business needs, while supporting and enhancing both existing and newly developed platforms., * Lead the end-to-end management of operational technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and client service teams, to define project deliverables and milestones
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize client interactions
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices
- Learn and operate platforms based on the needs of both existing and newly developed technology
- Provide technical understanding, training, and support to operations teams
- Provide ongoing technical support for current and newly created platforms
- Support Salesforce development as well as mobile and web-based application development
- Additional tasks as assigned by CSD Leadership
Requirements

- Familiarity with mobile and/or web application development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of AI-driven processes and client service platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teams, You'll have the opportunity to build and shape systems that directly impact our operations and client experience.
