As a UX - UI Developer, your work directly impacts the HR and payroll systems that keep businesses running every single day. • Architect and develop high-performance, scalable front-end applications across our HR and payroll platform.
• Own key areas of front-end architecture with a focus on long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Build and refine reusable UI components, internal frameworks, and design systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and UX teams from concept through release.
• Transform wireframes, prototypes, and ideas into polished, intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Elevate code quality through testing, debugging, peer reviews, and best practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Explore emerging front-end technologies-and thoughtfully apply them to improve performance and usability.
