Job description

Insight Global is looking for an IntelliMatch Developer to join the team of one of their global financial services clients. This role can sit anywhere in the U.S. and will be a longterm contract engagement.

The IntelliMatch Developer will play a key role in delivering reconciliation solutions by partnering with project teams to translate business needs into scalable IntelliMatch (DIM) configurations. This individual will work across analysis, design, and development to enhance existing reconciliations, build new functionality, and implement database-level changes that support project goals.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise with IntelliMatch and MS SQL, including the development of custom stored procedures and technical enhancements. The developer will support testing, deployment, and production readiness while ensuring solutions align with established architectural standards and best practices.

In addition to development responsibilities, the IntelliMatch Developer will collaborate with project managers and product owners to support backlog grooming, delivery planning, and continuous improvement efforts. Clear documentation and a quality-first mindset are essential, as this role contributes to both project delivery and long-term system stability.

Key Focus Areas

  • Interpret functional requirements and assess existing IntelliMatch setups to design effective solutions.
  • Build, configure, and enhance IntelliMatch reconciliations and related components.
  • Develop and optimize MS SQL stored procedures and supporting code.
  • Contribute to testing, defect resolution, and go-live support.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for design, implementation, and BAU support.
  • Provide technical guidance aligned with current platforms, tools, and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline or at least 4+ years of software development experience
  • 6+ years of direct experience working with IntelliMatch (DIM).
  • Strong MS SQL development skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a delivery-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team. - Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with PowerShell

Benefits & conditions

$60/hr to $75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
