Job description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Programmer Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to collaborate with the Payments Software team and work closely with Client Services and Product teams to ensure SaaS Operations exceed Service Level Agreements ("SLAs") and uptime objectives. Work with various cloud providers to deploy and run infrastructure used by SaaS products. Operate, deploy and enhance components of ecosystems, such as Load Balancers, Firewalls, CI/CD rigs, orchestration, security infrastructure, monitoring and alerting tools, among others. Work with Transaction Switching systems applications ("IST/Switch") and serve as the escalation point for technical support issues. Ensure that SLAs for production and supporting environments are maintained. Contribute to and maintain process documentation for the SaaS team. Seek opportunities to improve SLA and uptime as well as minimize customer impacts. Communicate impending maintenance windows, software deployments and infrastructure upgrades. Champion and enforce security and compliance policies and procedures. Work activity, service and project tickets in Jira, Salesforce and other project tracking tools.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with networking and internet technologies; utilizing IT infrastructure tools including application and server monitoring, log management, IPS/IDS, vulnerability and management; supporting Financial/Banking systems in OLTP and transaction switching; and working with Transaction Switching systems applications. In the alternative, the employer will accept two (2) years of work experience to satisfy the degree requirement. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
