Job description
The Alteryx Developer will be responsible for designing and building data-driven solutions that support the cybersecurity Identity Management program. This role will design, develop and maintain automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using Alteryx Designer and Server to blend, cleanse, and analyze complex dataset. This will involve working closely with the Identity Management developers, business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver efficient data solutions. The role requires strong analytic skills to optimize data pipelines and improve operational efficiency. This role will also support the ongoing evolution of the data transport decisions for the Identity Management customers while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and alignment with organizational risk objectives. Success in this role depends on strong SQL, Alteryx, and Talend tool proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex data challenges., * Automate scheduled jobs using Alteryx Scheduler or Server
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
- Maintain documentation of Alteryx integrations, workflows and processes
- Provide training and support to team members on Alteryx tools and best practices
- Participate in data governance and quality initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining large scale ETL tools
- 3+ years' experience working with Alteryx Designer
- Strong understanding of data manipulation and transformation processes
- Experience with Talend a plus
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Excel, ETL Processes
- Demonstrated aptitude for logical analysis, problem identification, and problem solving as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS) in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics
- Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
o R or Python programming o Data Mining/Big Data concepts and tools o Knowledge of classification, statistical and machine learning algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics o Ability to wrangle data from disparate sources into a comprehensive view of a business problem o Prior experience with recommender systems and text mining a plus o Working with structured query language (SQL) database development, SQL o Prior experience with Talend
- Experience with Data Governance, Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting issues

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation., Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
