Required Qualifications 37 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial networking. Proven ability to lead challenging initiatives across large groups. Strong communication skills. Expertise with Claroty xDome Security Visibility. Expertise in OT secure remote access and segmentation. Solid understanding of OT communications and assets in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of industrial protocols, Purdue Model, and OSI/TCPIP Model. Hands-on experience with secure remote access, OT visibility tools, and OT endpoint security solutions. Ability to translate OT visibility, monitoring responses, and vulnerability management inputs into actionable insights. Ability to work safely in plant environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives in manufacturing settings.
