Job description
- Lead planning and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects across departments
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with technical teams, business units, and leadership
- Oversee vendors supporting network/cabling and infrastructure deployments
- Track project progress, risks, and financials
- Support infrastructure initiatives including telecom, cabling, and network systems
- Contribute to device lifecycle management and asset management initiatives
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong experience with infrastructure projects (network, cabling, telecom)
- Experience with asset management / device lifecycle / IT operations
- Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
