Job description
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Services Tech Lead to manage and support enterprise-level AD infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of both production and pre-production Active Directory environments in a global setup, ensuring high availability, security, and performance., Lead and manage Active Directory infrastructure across global environments (production & pre-production) Execute complex technical activities related to AD administration, maintenance, and optimization Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of AD services Manage and troubleshoot AD-related incidents, issues, and escalations Oversee user, group, and policy management (GPOs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure upgrades and migrations Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory Services Experience managing enterprise-level AD infrastructure Expertise in Windows Server environments Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP Experience with incident management and production support Ability to handle global/multi-region environments Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Nice to Have: Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID / Hybrid AD environments Knowledge of ADFS and identity federation Exposure to automation using PowerShell scripting Experience with security hardening and compliance frameworks Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members
