Principal Project Manager - Oracle Health & Life Sciences Health Compliance Organization, + Manage end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders.

Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.

Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Provide regular project updates, including status, risks, and key milestones, to stakeholders and leadership.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project needs.

Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and consistency.

Support vendor coordination and external partner management when required.

Contribute to team development by sharing best practices and supporting less experienced team members.
Requirements
We are seeking an accomplished Advanced Project Manager with approximately 8 years of experience delivering complex projects in dynamic environments. This role is ideal for a highly skilled project manager who can independently optimize processes, and collaborate across teams to drive successful outcomes. You'll play a key role in execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning strategy into execution, this role is for you. While you may individually lead initiatives, that is not the main focus of this role. The focus is promoting visibility of a portfolio of projects runs by others to business leaders, escalating issues when necessary. Helping to drive compliance within established timelines. Note: sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.

7-9 years of professional project management experience, including large-scale or complex projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Solid understanding of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies
Additional Preferred:
-
PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Industry-specific experience in technology, healthcare, or life sciences.

Familiarity with change management and process improvement frameworks.

Experience working in fast-paced environments.
Benefits & conditions
US: Hiring Range in USD from $41.83 to $85.63 per hour; from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
