Junior Finance SAP Consultant ADM - September 2026

As a Junior SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant, you will join Capgemini's ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) team. Within this team, you work at the intersection of technology, data, and financial processes, supporting clients in the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of their SAP Finance & Controlling landscape. Together with your project team, you help organizations modernize their finance operations by translating business needs into robust, scalable, and future-proof SAP solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze financial business requirements and translate them into clear, structured SAP functional specifications
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders to define scope, validate requirements, and ensure alignment across financial processes
• Support testing activities, integration validation, cutover preparation, and go-live phases
• Apply SAP best practices and support clients in adopting a standard-first, data-driven approach
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and other functional teams within ADM to ensure end-to-end process quality and consistency, * Net expenses

• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• Team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with passion about new technologies and change
• Native in French or Dutch, with at least B2 proficiency in the other language, and fluency in English
