Job description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BPV test strategy and test plans for specific initiatives and increments
- Define the test scope and objectives based on changes, risk assessments, and priorities-together with the initiative and increment owner
- Coordinate the prerequisites for executing the test plan (test data, test automation, test environments, etc.) and assign testing tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress
- Manage test results and defects via dashboards; facilitate assessment and follow-up with owners. Report deviations from the agreed QA strategy and propose corrective actions
- Run regular status meetings with the initiative and increment owner and provide stakeholder updates. Coordinate and align with key stakeholders (Tribe & Cluster Leads, Product Owners, partners) to understand needs and dependencies related to the test plan
- Identify and escalate risks and issues when required, and recommend improvements to overall quality
- Ensure the BPV test plan is executed in line with the QA strategy and expected outcomes. Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance testing processes
- Align with external partners on their testing activities (test environments, test data, test planning)
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a genuine passion for testing
- You have a solid knowledge of testing methodologies and a strong quality mindset with attention to detail
- You have proven experience with regression testing, test automation, and test reporting
- You have a continuous-improvement mindset: you challenge the status quo and are eager to learn
- You have strong analytical skills combined with a proactive, positive approach
- You have clear written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and with partners and are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
