Main tasks: Ownership and operational management of the HR system landscape with focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, ensuring system stability, compliance and continuous improvement Design, configuration and maintenance of employee lifecycle processes within SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur Acting as a key interface between HR and IT to ensure HR processes are effectively supported by system solutions Monitoring system performance, ensuring data accuracy and continuously optimizing HR applications Providing second-level application support and managing incidents as application owner Evaluating new functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors and assessing their value for the organization Oversight and monitoring of integrations between HR systems and the broader IT landscape Ensuring reliable and seamless data flows across systems using SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, APIs and middleware technologies Supporting the design and governance of HR data architecture, security concepts and authorization models Ensuring compliance with data protection, security and privacy requirements Leading and contributing to HR IT projects aimed at system enhancements and process improvements Translating HR business requirements into functional system solutions and technical specifications Supporting change initiatives related to HR systems in an international environment Ensuring proper documentation, testing and controlled deployment of system changes Acting as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders by translating business needs into system capabilities Managing external vendors and service providers, including monitoring

Requirements

service level agreements and coordinating technical activities Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning activities related to HR systems development Contributing to the HR systems roadmap and future technology decisions Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Informatics or a related discipline Strong experience working with SAP HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or Time & Attendance solutions Experience with additional modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting / Smart Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation or SAP Concur considered beneficial Strong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and their implementation in SAP SuccessFactors Experience with cloud-based HR architectures and integrations including SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, APIs or middleware technologies Experience in HR IT project environments including stakeholder management and requirements engineering Ability to create functional specifications, validate technical designs and ensure data quality and compliance Certification in project management methodologies such as Project Management Institute or International Project Management Association considered advantageous Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, project management tools and Atlassian Confluence Analytical mindset combined with a solution-oriented approach Structured, reliable and independent working style High service orientation and strong collaboration with stakeholders Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach Strong communication skills in German and English The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
