Main tasks: Analyse and visualise business data to support informed decision-making Develop, optimise, and maintain SAP HANA models and reporting solutions Integrate data from ERP, CRM, finance, and other operational systems Create dashboards and KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and evaluate emerging BI tools Lead or contribute to BI and digital transformation initiatives Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR) Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, guidance, and training to business users Document data flows, models, and analytical methodologies Your qualifications: Extensive experience as a Data Analyst or BI Specialist with SAP HANA Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP ERP (S/4), SAP Analytics Cloud, and ETL tools Proven expertise in data modelling, SQLScript, and performance optimisation Understanding of SAP S/4 data structures across FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP modules Excellent analytical, communication, and project management capabilities Hands-on experience in managing projects and delivering BI solutions Fluency in English and German Collaborative team player with structured, independent work approach Degree in Business IT, Data Science, or a related field is beneficial Experience with OneStream, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools is a plus The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
