Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Senior Frontend Software Engineer vacancy for our Zug based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams and stakeholders to translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions
• Design and develop innovative software solutions that meet regulatory requirements and system quality attributes such as scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Guide the team to adhere to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
• Coordinate and oversee the technical output of external development work, ensuring seamless integration and high internal quality standards
• Act as a mentor and role model, supporting and empowering team members and contributing to the success of the team

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development; experience in Embedded systems and regulated environments is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of React and Front End architecture with at least 5+ years' experience; experience with Electron or Tauri an advantage; experience developing Embedded user interfaces using Rust, C++ or similar is beneficial
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in managing external and extended teams
• Proven ability to solve complex issues creatively and efficiently through thorough analysis
• Language skills: English
