Job description

For our amazing and international Chat-Team, we are looking for a new team member with affinity for IT.

Your tasks

  • Providing Chat-support
  • Answering incoming calls to our Emergency line support
  • Providing real-time assistance and reducing waiting times
  • Troubleshooting of software issues and installing software such as updates and new software acquired by the company
  • Creating tickets for hardware requests
  • Fixing basic errors on accounts, unlock accounts, and performing password resets
  • Routing tickets to other support teams
  • Making a detailed record and follow-up of the cases; also working along with other teams to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner, * 30 vacation days
