CTO / CIO

As CTO / CIO, you will join at an early and pivotal stage. This is not a purely strategic position - we are looking for someone who builds, codes, and leads by example . You will be responsible for defining the technical vision, building a scalable architecture, and actively contributing to development. A strong focus lies on leveraging AI-driven capabilities to create meaningful user impact. You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in translating product vision into a robust and future-proof platform. What you'll do - Define and execute the overall technology and AI strategy - Architect and build a scalable platform from the ground up - Actively contribute to development (hands-on coding) - Lead and grow the engineering capability over time - Translate product vision into technical solutions and roadmaps - Ensure high standards in performance, scalability, and security - Stay ahead of developments in AI and emerging technologies - Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders
