Test Automation Engineer

We are looking to take our quality engineering to the next level. Out with the manual, in with the automation (and with that we mean 100% automated testing and continuous integration). To achieve this transformation, we are looking for experienced Quality Engineers with strong software development skills and experience in developing and enhancing test automation frameworks. Are you more into manual testing? Then this position may not be your thing. What will you be doing? You will be designing, coding and maintaining automated test applications, as well as coding well-commented, automated - of course - test scripts, using xUnit/nUnit to create unit/integration and contract tests. You will also specify, decompose and document requirements and user stories, create and maintain software test plans, test cases and test scripts. You will also address technical issues through research, investigation and debugging. That's basically it. A lot to do, a lot to achieve. Where will you be working?

We are Brand New Day, a financial odd-one-out in the Netherlands. We are young, bold and have been growing like weeds for 14 years. You will be a part of our very international IT department and join a team of 3 to 5 developers. A small team, which allows to communicate and act swiftly.
